Job Overview:

As an

In-Field Manager

, you'll be the driving force behind our on-site brand activations. You'll lead setup, manage field teams, and ensure every detail runs smoothly -- from the first banner going up to the last box packed away.

Key Responsibilities:

Take charge of

on-site setup, execution, and teardown

Transport materials

safely to and from event locations

Lead, motivate, and manage

brand ambassadors and event staff Communicate with internal teams to ensure activation goals are met Act quickly to

solve problems on the fly

Maintain event equipment, inventory, and supplies
What We're Looking For:

Valid driver's license

+ reliable personal vehicle (travel is part of the job!) Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs

Punctual, dependable, and professional

Strong

leadership and decision-making

weekdays, weekends, and irregular hours
