The impact you'll make:




Reporting to the Senior Manager, Experiential Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of impactful, on-brand experiential and in retail marketing programs--managing every stage from concept to completion to ensure they deliver exceptional results, meet strategic objectives, and are executed on time and on budget.

What You'll Do:



Manage a variety of store specific experiential programs from concept to execution including but not limited to instore sampling programs (Control Brand and national brands), grand openings, in office events, truck tours, in and out of store events, trade shows, internal events and other projects as required. Create experiential briefs that support marketing programs' objectives and strategy Liaise between external agency, brands and internal stakeholders on planning, development, approvals and execution of activations Create and monitor workback schedules to ensure programs delivered on time Create and manage PO's, SOW's and any financial reconciliation that is required Own and drive external Agency relationship to ensure they provide best in class service and are meeting and exceeding all service requirements.. Provide opportunities for efficiencies or savings on specific programs Responsible for consistent communication and meeting management with stakeholders through Workfront, status meetings and status documents Analyze post event execution and reports to create scorecards highlighting program effectiveness and future areas of opportunity Identify opportunities to leverage assets across brands/business units to support enterprise events

What you'll need:



1-3 years of experience, preferably in Marketing or event management. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships, source information, and secure approvals. Strong project management experience including attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills Proven track record in managing multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines, and prioritizing effectively. Collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision. Creative problem-solver and quick thinker with strong decision-making skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); expertise in data analytics an asset. Familiarity with Workfront, JDA, MicroStrategy, and category management is an asset, but not required.
