We are looking for a Senior Advisor, Marketing - Sponsorships, Partnerships, and Experiential Marketing, to join our growing team! As a Senior Advisor in Marketing, you will join the team responsible for sponsorships and partnerships at Intact Financial Corporation. Collaborate with agencies on creative development and production. Oversee the creative development and production of material, ensuring it meets technical requirements and budget. Orchestrate multichannel activation in partnership with internal colleagues (e.g., brand team, content, communications and PR, web platform, etc.). Coordinate approval of materials with involved internal partners. Manage the budget for projects under your responsibility. Measure and report on the performance of sponsorship activities and proactively propose plan optimizations to achieve our goals. Provide strategic recommendations for future initiatives. Search for new sponsorship opportunities, ensuring the brand remains visible and relevant in key markets. Critically analyze proposals to support contract negotiations. Keep Intact informed of trends in the sponsorship industry to maximize exposure and support the company's overall growth. Share our initiatives with internal stakeholders.

Desired Profile:

You are a sociable person, you love marketing, and you are passionate about sponsorships. You are an energetic person with contagious and positive energy, always striving to win. You enjoy working in a team; you easily adapt to a matrix environment and have a great ability to build relationships with colleagues. You are at your best in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and growing environment.

What you bring:

Undergraduate degree in marketing or communication. More than 8 years of experience in sponsorship management or partnership with proven experience managing national properties. You have strong strategic communication skills. You are a results-oriented professional, challenging the status quo and encouraging others to do things differently. Excellent MS Office skills.
