Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and accurately enter new marketing leads into STEMCELL\'s customer relationship management system (CRM)
• Provide training and support for Marketing Coop Students, including managing their workload and identifying opportunities for learning and professional development
• Coordinate projects that support strategies for lead acquisition and revenue generation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify gaps in and make improvements to the marketing lead generation processes

Knowledge and Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree is required, a degree in the life sciences is considered an asset
• Data entry experience is an asset
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented and meticulously organized
• Skilled in multitasking, online searching, and managing multiple deadlines
