As a Marketing Processing Associate, in the Marketing Department, you will be the key contact for Bordereaux entries and submission for all of our In-House Insurance contracts and key liaison with our Finance Division.

A day in the life -

Data Entry of bordereaux transactions from issued in-house insurance policies

Update bordereaux timely and provide Finance and Insurers with current account transactions

Review documents received from processing department

Review EPIC Binder Billing details to ensure accuracy; triage errors to the Commercial Lines CRS\xe2\x80\x99s

Other duties as assigned

What you will bring to the team -

Requires at least 1-year experience in accounting field

Insurance Experience a plus (Industry designation an asset (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma \xe2\x80\x93 BCIT)

Must have good written and verbal communication skills

Advanced Excel skills required and proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Work under pressure to deadlines

High degree of accuracy with a keen attention to detail

Self-motivated and proactive

Demonstrated ability to take initiative and achieve results in a fast-paced and changing environment

Pro-active and a self-starter

Superior interpersonal skills

A keen attention to detail

Work well in a fast paced, client-focused environment

Motivated to contribute within a team environment
