Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee and improve all lead management processes including lead entry strategies, search terms, subscription management, and data hygiene and enrichment.

Manage programs, initiatives, and guidelines related to consent and privacy to ensure our compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CASL

Identify, qualify, and accurately enter new marketing leads into STEMCELL\'s customer relationship management system.

Provide training, coaching, and leadership for a team of Associates and Coop Students, including managing their workload and identifying opportunities for learning and professional development

Identify areas of improvement and lead and/or contribute to projects related to lead management and customer data management, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders

Knowledge and Qualifications

Relevant Bachelor\'s Degree with at least 5+ years of experience with lead management and customer data management, including consent management, preference, and subscription management

Professional experience working with Salesforce,\xc3\x82 DemandTools, marketing automation platforms, and/or customer data platforms

Familiarity with Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and EU\'s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and general familiarity with other privacy regulations

Experience creating and optimizing customer data models as an asset

Experience in leadership roles and Life Science research is an asset
