Marketing Summer Associate, Oncology

Reporting to the Strategy Lead, darolutamide, the Marketing Summer Associate, Oncology will be responsible for supporting the Oncology marketing teams (Genito-urinary and Targeted Therapies). The ideal candidate must demonstrate an ability to learn quickly and be a self-starter. Our goal is to provide interesting and challenging work while operating in a positive environment that celebrates success. You will partner with the Oncology marketing teams and assist with strategic planning and tactical execution.

Duration: May 2023 - August 2023

What you will do:

• Help with the development and execution of programs and materials
• Work cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders (Medical and Scientific Affairs, Regulatory, Sales Force Development, Sales Management, Sales Operations, Market Research) to ensure brand projects are on track to achieve objectives
• Assist the team with various day to day activities including data analytics, product management, and digital marketing activities
• Establish priorities, and use your strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to add value to each project you are assigned

Who you are:

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (returning in Sept 2023), pursuing a university degree in science, business or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Organized, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
• Good strategic and analytical skills
• Proven project management and planning ability
• Ability to work independently
