OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE (3-4 bullets)

  • Works closely with the Product Manager to support marketing tool development
  • Supports Commercial Lead, Senior Product Manager, Product Manager
  • Supports the optimal operation of all marketing team's logistics
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepares reports, presentations, spreadsheets and correspondence for the marketing team as
required. Coordinates translation of documents. * Provides onging support to the Commercial Lead & (Senior) Product Managers
  • Work with external agencies to create / modify marketing promotional pieces
  • Handle aspects of marketing administration as required
  • Ensure all tools are referenced appropriately to meet stringent internal and external policy requirements
  • Ensure all customer-facing material is properly reviewed and documented according to internal and external policies relevant to the health care industry.
  • Propose and design analytical tools that would measure marketing programs effectiveness
  • Works closely with the Product Manager to support marketing tool development
  • Responds to internal customer inquiries as it relates to GI BU Marketing Function
  • Assist in planning logistics for Sales Meetings / Training
  • Support regional medical congresses as required (led by Sales Managers)
  • Operates consistently in a manner that adheres to all company and industry compliance and legal requirements
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

Education Level:
  • Required: University Student; currently enrolled in a full-time or co-op program
Major Subjects / Specialties:
  • Required: Business / Marketing.
  • Preferred: Science; Healthcare; Knowledge of Canadian health care system
Additional Skills:
  • Strong computer skills in order to create documents, conduct research and manage budgets - Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Strong project management skills to ensure projects remain within budget and on schedule
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical capability
  • Able to work well collaboratively in a team environment & independently
  • Strong communication skills - oral and written
  • Self-Motivated
  • Background in customer experience is an asset
  • Bilingualism is an asset
