Who are we looking for? We are looking for a Marketing Director to join our growing team. We want you to think of this as your \xe2\x80\x98company\' within Earthscape. Our management style is very horizontal; collaboration will be your everyday. As our Marketing Director, you will achieve our growth targets by increasing and generating new paths to revenue. This is a high impactful role for someone who describes themselves to be a visionary, data-obsessed, and relentless to succeed. You are passionate about building, leading and executing. You will collaborate with multiple departments to identify revenue generating opportunities. The Marketing Director will be responsible for a broad range of duties including, but not limited to:

• Collaborate with various departments (i.e, landscape construction, and maintenance in both divisions) to identify opportunities to generate and increase revenue.
• Oversee promotion and advertising efforts to drive sales and build brand awareness.
• Be aligned with the company\'s vision, purpose and core values.
• Attend management meetings to report growth progress/plans.
• Be knowledgeable in market trends, benchmarks, and best practices.
• Work with marketing consultants(i.e, Google ads, social media) as needed.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to our sales team to meet department KPIs and individual targets.
• Forecast revenue generation and the strategies required and planning accordingly.
• Manage all revenue channel development and introduce new sales channels and partners.
• Partner with HR to ensure the brand expression is aligned with diversity and inclusion objectives, recruiting strategies, and company values.
• Partner with the Sales team on sales collateral as well as business development.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management, 10+ years preferred.
• Previous experience scaling a marketing division within a growing company.
• Top-notch relationship building and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional leadership skills and management experience, demonstrated through building teams and implementing exemplary processes.
• Tenacious problem-solving skills; no task is too big or too small.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable in a \xe2\x80\x9cPlayer/Coach\xe2\x80\x9d role as you gain success and build up your team.
• Thorough understanding of marketing strategies and practices.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite.
