We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support the firm's brand strategy, event execution, and digital presence. The role is well suited to a polished professional who understands the importance of clarity, consistency, and a prestige client experience across every touchpoint. This individual will contribute to the evolution of our brand while executing high-quality, end-to-end marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities Include:
Brand Strategy & Development
Support the refinement and implementation of the firm's brand across all channels, ensuring alignment with our values, strong client expectations, and market position.
Assist in developing brand assets, messaging frameworks, and visual standards, maintaining a cohesive identity across digital and print materials.
Create high-quality client communication assets (PDFs, newsletters, video scripts, etc.) for both prospects and existing clients.
Act as a brand steward, reviewing and advising on edits to advisor marketing materials to reflect creative and copy best practices, and alignment with brand and compliance standards.
Event Planning & Execution
Coordinate and execute client and prospecting events and internal firm gatherings from concept to completion.
Manage logistics, timelines, vendor relationships, invitations, RSVP tracking, materials, and on-site execution.
Ensure each event reflects the firm's brand, elevates the client experience, and delivers on strategic objectives.
Digital Marketing & Communications
Support the management of the firm's website, digital content, and email communications, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
Assist with analytics, tracking engagement, and monitoring online presence to support continuous improvement.
Coordinate production of podcasts, webinars, ecommunications, and other digital content, working with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed.
Project Management
Manage timelines, approvals, and project flow to ensure marketing initiatives move efficiently from concept to execution.
Maintain the firm's marketing calendar and track deliverables across the team.
Partner with compliance to ensure all materials meet regulatory standards.
Operate as both a strategic partner and hands-on executor--able to design the plan and also build the deliverables.
The ideal candidate for this position has:
3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management--ideally in financial services, professional services, or a similarly high-touch/prestige environment.
A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or Fine Arts or a related field is preferred.
Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
Experience with event coordination and digital marketing platforms and social content initiatives.
Hands-on, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
Strong judgement and an appreciation for brand consistency and client experience.
Passionate about communications and problem-solving, with a proactive, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset to continuously improve advisor marketing effectiveness.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with website CMS, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms is an asset.
A sharp eye for design and branding, with solid knowledge of creative best practices
