Feeds\xe2\x80\x99N Needs is hiring\xe2\x80\xa6 we are looking at add a Marketing Coordinator to our team in Atlantic Canada. Are you passionate about creating captivating content, managing online platforms, and driving audience growth? We are seeking a talented marketing expert to join our team and take our digital presence to new heights.

This position is a 1 year term with the possibility to become permanent.

A DAY IN THE LIFE\xe2\x80\xa6

As our Marketing Expert, you will play a pivotal role in researching, developing, and managing content across multiple channels. You\'ll collaborate with our Marketing & Communications Supervisor, Atlantic Region, and work closely with our 13 retail locations to provide top-notch marketing and communications support.

  • Unleash your creativity by writing, researching, and developing engaging content for our social media platforms, website, blogs, expert advice columns, product descriptions, employee profiles, and more.
  • Showcase your design skills by creating eye-catching posts and correlated ads for our yearly content calendar, website, in-store signage, television screens, and social media platforms.
  • Make an impact on our newsletter program by contributing to both written and graphic design content.
  • Dive into data and analytics as you create reports, measure web traffic, monitor SEO performance, and provide valuable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate on the creation and implementation of short and long-term brand marketing strategies.
  • Become the go-to expert as you assist in managing message inboxes and promptly address customer questions in collaboration with Store Managers and employees.
QUALIFICATIONS

A degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Website Development, Commerce or Communications or related field is required.
  • Experience: Bring at least 2 years of demonstrated experience to the table and impress us with your portfolio of work. We want to see your creative genius in action!
  • Communication Superstar: Excellent communication and writing skills are a must. You\'ll have the freedom to express your ideas and engage our audience with your compelling content.
  • Tech Savvy: We\'re looking for someone with expertise in major business software applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel). Your proficiency will be key to your success in this role.
  • Design Maestro: Show us your design prowess with a full working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. We need your skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create visually stunning campaigns. Experience with Premier Pro is a valuable asset that will set you apart.
  • Retail Marketing Extraordinaire: If you have experience in ecommerce and retail marketing, we want to hear about it! Your understanding of these fields will be a significant advantage in this role.
  • Marketing Connoisseur: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of marketing channels and best practices. We\'re looking for someone who is passionate about staying up-to-date with industry trends, particularly in the pet and farm sectors.

GOOD TO KNOW:

On the Move: A valid license is essential for this role. As our Creative Marketing Expert, you\'ll enjoy the flexibility of working from home approximately 80% of the time. However, you\'ll also have the opportunity to travel to various stores across New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Nova Scotia approximately 20% of the time.
