We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position offering between $45,000 and $48,000 based on experience.Reporting to the Marketing Manager the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the department through the execution of the marketing strategy through campaign and project management.Job Duties:

• Provide timely and friendly support, via help desk support, for marketing requests.
• Collaborate with various leadership teams to assist in achieving their department\'s objectives through marketing campaigns, events, and tactics.
• Create organic content for various social media platforms including paid ads.
• Engage with our audience across social media platforms, maintaining an active and consistent brand voice.
• Manage campaign analysis to measure and report marketing and advertising metrics to the marketing manager.
• Create and execute e-mail blasts
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience working in Marketing
• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, or communication is preferred.
• Experience in Graphic Design is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro) and the ability to copy write and edit content.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ad Manager is an asset
• Strong written and oral communication skills along with the ability to develop and sustain positive customer relationships.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure online content creation and other marketing material is free of spelling and grammatical errors.
• Time management/project management skills and the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Adaptable and flexible to be able to pivot to various projects quickly.
