You are a marketing whiz with ingenious design skills to match and want to become a part of our La Palma family, we invite you to get in touch. You will market + design around our aesthetic and culture, and promote our brand, treatments and vibe on social media, our website and other channels. What You\'ll Do

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content
• Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond in a timely manner
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for social media growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
• Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

What You Bring

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
• Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator for graphic design purposes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and advertising campaigns
• Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Part-time / Contract Salary: From $22.00 per hour Schedule:

• This is a remote position but you must come into the spa to create content and meet with the team on a regular basis
• 10-15 hours / week depending on our marketing needs.
