Air Canada Vacations is hiring a Marketing Coordinator, Partner marketing plans / Vacances Air Canada recrute un/une Coordonnateur(trice) marketing , Plans marketing des partenaires.
Coordination of partner marketing plans: Act as intermediary within and between Partners, Creative, Marketing, e-Commerce, Advertising, Payload, Product and Sale departments to ensure proper planning and execution of marketing plans which vary from direct to mass marketing.

RESPONSIBILITES
  • Responsible for the coordination of marketing plans of various partners such as Tourism Boards, Hotels and Resorts
  • Types of projects vary greatly; will be responsible for coordination of direct to mass marketing plans
  • Ensure product information and all the details are included in the request, that it is received on time and that the deadlines are respected
  • Brief key players and keep them informed throughout the development of the project
  • Prepare and provide the final advertising content to the Creative department for them to design the ads
  • Enforce proper brand guidelines
  • Review each project, ensure proper sign-off by internal and external clients
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate superior
  • Stay informed about industry activity & trends


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
  • University degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 - 2 year(s) relevant work experience
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional)
  • Excellent oral communication and writing skills (English and French)
  • Good project management skills
  • Efficient and very detail-oriented demonstrating initiative, flexibility and great accuracy
  • Strong ability to adapt quickly, work independently, multi-task and work under pressure
in order to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in JIRA Task Manager Tool an asset
  • Experience working in an advertising agency an asset
  • Experience in the travel industry an asset
Coordination des plans de marketing des partenaires: Agir en tant qu\xe2\x80\x99interm\xc3\xa9diaire au sein et entre les d\xc3\xa9partements des Partenariats, de la Cr\xc3\xa9ation, du Marketing, du Commerce \xc3\xa9lectronique, de la Publicit\xc3\xa9, de la Charge marchande, des Produits et des Ventes afin d\xe2\x80\x99assurer une planification et une ex\xc3\xa9cution appropri\xc3\xa9es des plans marketing qui varient du marketing direct au marketing de masse.
RESPONSABILIT\xc3\x89S
  • Se charger de la coordination des plans marketing de divers partenaires tels que les offices du tourisme, les h\xc3\xb4tels et les complexes.
  • Coordonner des plans marketing direct et de masse \xc3\xa0 travers des types de projets vari\xc3\xa9s.
  • S\xe2\x80\x99assurer que les informations sur le produit et tous les d\xc3\xa9tails sont inclus dans la demande, qu\xe2\x80\x99elle est re\xc3\xa7ue \xc3\xa0 temps et que les d\xc3\xa9lais sont respect\xc3\xa9s.
  • Renseigner les acteurs cl\xc3\xa9s et les tenir inform\xc3\xa9s tout au long du d\xc3\xa9veloppement du projet.
  • Pr\xc3\xa9parer et fournir le contenu publicitaire final au d\xc3\xa9partement de Cr\xc3\xa9ation pour la conception des publicit\xc3\xa9s.
  • Faire respecter l\xe2\x80\x99image de la marque.
  • R\xc3\xa9viser chaque projet, s\xe2\x80\x99assurer d\xe2\x80\x99obtenir les approbations finales des clients internes et externes.
  • Effectuer toute autre t\xc3\xa2che assign\xc3\xa9e par le sup\xc3\xa9rieur imm\xc3\xa9diat.
  • Se tenir inform\xc3\xa9 des activit\xc3\xa9s et des tendances du secteur.


CONNAISSANCES ET COMP\xc3\x89TENCES REQUISES
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me universitaire en marketing ou \xc3\xa9quivalent
  • Minimum 1 \xc3\xa0 2 ann\xc3\xa9e(s) d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience professionnelle pertinente
  • Excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences informatiques (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional)
  • Excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences en communication orale et \xc3\xa9crite (anglais et fran\xc3\xa7ais)
  • Bonnes comp\xc3\xa9tences en gestion de projet
  • Efficacit\xc3\xa9 et grand souci du d\xc3\xa9tail, faisant preuve d\xe2\x80\x99initiative, de flexibilit\xc3\xa9 et d\xe2\x80\x99une grande pr\xc3\xa9cision
  • Forte capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 s\xe2\x80\x99adapter rapidement, \xc3\xa0 travailler de mani\xc3\xa8re ind\xc3\xa9pendante, \xc3\xa0 effectuer plusieurs t\xc3\xa2ches et \xc3\xa0 travailler sous pression afin de respecter des d\xc3\xa9lais serr\xc3\xa9s
  • Connaissance de l\xe2\x80\x99outil JIRA Task Manager (un atout)
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience de travail dans une agence de publicit\xc3\xa9 (un atout)
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience dans l\xe2\x80\x99industrie du voyage (un atout)
