Position Overview
We are seeking an
experienced Automotive Marketing Coordinator
with a strong background in dealership and manufacturer marketing programs. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and creative -- with hands-on experience in coordinating manufacturer promotions, maintaining brand compliance, and managing social media content and graphics across multiple dealerships.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, execute, and track manufacturer promotions and campaigns (Ford, Kia, Mercedes-Benz, etc.).
Design and update marketing materials in
Canva
(banners, social media posts, website graphics).
Ensure all creative assets follow
OEM brand guidelines and compliance requirements
.
Manage
Co-op claim submissions
and ensure timely reimbursement from manufacturers.
Plan and schedule
social media content calendars
(Facebook, Instagram, Google Posts).
Repost and adapt
manufacturer promotions
for dealership social platforms.
Support local dealership campaigns, including seasonal offers, community events, and sales promotions.
Collaborate with internal designers and account managers to ensure timely project delivery.
Track campaign performance and provide reporting support when required.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience
in automotive marketing, dealership marketing, or OEM-related role.
Proficient in
Canva
(Photoshop or Illustrator is an asset).
Strong understanding of
automotive manufacturer marketing programs, co-op processes, and brand standards
.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of
social media platforms
(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Strong communication skills in
English and French
(written and spoken).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple dealership accounts simultaneously.

Responsabilites principales
Coordonner, executer et suivre les promotions et campagnes des manufacturiers (Ford, Kia, Mercedes-Benz, etc.).
Creer et mettre a jour les visuels marketing dans
Canva
(bannieres, publications sociales, visuels web).
S'assurer que toutes les creations respectent les
directives de marque et exigences de conformite OEM
.
Gerer les
demandes de remboursement co-op
et en assurer le suivi aupres des manufacturiers.
Planifier et publier les
calendriers de contenu sur les reseaux sociaux
(Facebook, Instagram, Google Posts).
Adapter et repartager les
promotions des manufacturiers
sur les comptes des concessionnaires.
Soutenir les campagnes locales : evenements communautaires, promotions saisonnieres, ventes speciales, etc.
Collaborer avec les designers et gestionnaires de comptes internes pour respecter les delais de production.
Suivre la performance des campagnes et preparer des rapports de resultats au besoin.
Profil recherche
3 ans d'experience ou plus
en marketing automobile, en concession ou dans un role lie aux manufacturiers.
Maitrise de
Canva
(Photoshop ou Illustrator, un atout).
Excellente connaissance des
programmes marketing, processus co-op et normes de marque
des constructeurs.
Sens aigu du
detail, de l'organisation et de la rigueur
.
Bonne connaissance des
reseaux sociaux
(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Excellentes habiletes de communication en
francais et en anglais
(ecrit et parle).
Capacite a gerer plusieurs projets et comptes concessionnaires simultanement.
