Le role du coordonnateur(trice) marketing est avant tout d'assister l'equipe Marketing, Relations Publiques et Ventes. Le(la) candidat(e) doit etre un excellent joueur d'equipe avec un grand interet pour les ventes, marketing et relations publiques.
Ce que vous ferez :
Relations Publiques et Communications
Participer a la mise en oeuvre d'un plan annuel de relations publiques et communications, incluant la redaction de contenus (communiques, biographies, idees de reportages).
Collaborer avec les departements pour developper des histoires percutantes et creer des experiences alignees avec le positionnement de l'hotel.
Gerer la bibliotheque d'images et assurer une representation visuelle coherente.
Soutenir les relations medias : cibler les publications, coordonner les visites/interviews, et developper de nouveaux contacts.
Obtenir de la couverture via des opportunites editoriales (agences de marque, B2B, RP R&B).
Participer aux evenements locaux et rechercher des collaborations avec des marques et partenaires touristiques.
Suivre les resultats PR, produire des rapports, assurer la veille concurrentielle et contribuer a l'amelioration du tableau de bord marketing.
Gestion de la Marque
Veiller a ce que les applications de l'identite visuelle soient respectees a travers l'hotel et les points de vente.
Gerer la coordination et la creation des articles promotionnels de l'hotel, des bulletins d'information et des brochures saisonnieres.
Aider a la production et a la coordination des seances photo et video.
Soutenir les ventes, le service traiteur et les reservations en verifiant les supports de vente pour s'assurer que le message externe est aligne avec les directives de la marque et le positionnement de l'hotel.
Medias Sociaux
Gerer les canaux sociaux de l'hotel, restaurant et bar en diffusant du contenu engageant et aligne sur la marque.
Assurer la gestion de communaute et surveiller les conversations liees a l'hotel, au luxe et au marche local.
Utiliser les reseaux sociaux pour amplifier les messages cles et renforcer l'engagement organique.

Site Web et Digital
