We're looking for a

highly motivated Sales and Marketing Coordinator

to support our team with a mix of

lead generation, client outreach, and digital marketing tasks

.

This is a

remote, contract position

with the potential to grow into a long-term role as we scale.

What You'll Do

Lead Generation & Sales Support

Research and identify prospective clients using online tools and platforms Build and manage prospect lists and pipelines Send personalized outreach emails and messages to potential clients Schedule meetings, demos, or discovery calls for the agency team Track lead progress and follow-up activity in

HubSpot

Social Media & Content Management

Plan and schedule posts using

Loomly or Hootsuite

Design ads and content for social platforms using

Canva

Create and maintain

social media content calendars

Write engaging copy for

social posts, blogs, and landing pages

Email Marketing

Write and design

HubSpot newsletters

and lead nurture emails Assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking

Web & Business Listings

Update and manage

WordPress websites

Maintain and optimize

Google My Business

profiles

Collaboration & Support

Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaigns Contribute to internal process improvements for efficiency and growth

What We're Looking For

2-3 years of experience

in a marketing, sales, or lead generation role Proficiency with tools like

HubSpot, Loomly or Hootsuite, Canva, and WordPress

Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to create engaging content across social, email, and digital platforms Highly organized with strong follow-up skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Experience in

client-facing or sales-focused roles

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
