ABOUT THE JOB Are you a Marketing professional with experience in independently leading marketing initiatives and vendors? Do you have knowledge with working with digital marketing tools such as website CMS, PPC advertising platforms, CRM-based automated emails/messaging, Google Analytics & social media platforms? We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to join our friendly team to support the growth of Cimlogic (part of ITI Group) in North America. You will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing activities in North America with the support of an existing team in the UK. WHO ARE CIMLOGIC?   • Support development of company brand and identity in N. America
  • Manage N. America marketing campaigns for the company, working with an established UK marketing team to tailor UK/EU campaigns for the N. America market.
  • Plan and implement individual campaigns for N. America.
  • Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities in N. America.
Identify potential trade show(s), and manage company presence at these (expo stand, sales team, marketing collateral etc)
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives and activities.
  • Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing in N. America.
  • Support ongoing development of company website and social media channels, with a focus on N. America markets.
  • Development of marketing material relevant to N. America markets
  • Identify and work with external design/marketing agencies as appropriate
  • Undertake market research as applicable to target sectors and ITI Group solution portfolio.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS We are looking for someone who has:
  • Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent (Essential)
  • 3-5+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, with demonstrated success in independently leading marketing initiatives and vendors. (Essential)
  • Strong orientation to marketing performance measurement and impact of activities on business results.
  • High comfort in knowledgeably working with digital marketing tools including website CMS, PPC advertising platforms, CRM-based automated emails/messaging, Google Analytics, social media platforms and others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • B2B marketing experience in relevant sectors (digital manufacturing, IT, digital operations) an asset. (Desirable)
  • Experience working in organizations requiring best-in-class marketing and in entrepreneurial environments requiring independent results-driven action preferred. (Desirable)
