Poste ? combler Poste : Responsable des Communications et du Marketing Poste permanent (temps plein) Le responsable du marketing et des communications sera responsable de la strat?gie et de l'ex?cution du marketing et des communications. Dans ce r?le, Le responsable du marketing et des communications concevra et ex?cutera des campagnes, des strat?gies de communication, supervisera les salons et ?v?nements B2B et analysera diverses mesures pour atteindre les objectifs du plan de communication. L'objectif de ce r?le est de stimuler la croissance, d'accro?tre la sensibilisation et de cr?er/entretenir des liens significatifs avec nos clients et d'autres parties prenantes. Ce r?le n?cessite un sp?cialiste du marketing ?prouv? qui peut travailler en collaboration avec tous les d?partements sur des initiatives strat?giques li?es au marketing, aux communications et ? l'engagement des clients. PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIT?S : Sous la supervision du VP de Marketing, vous assumerez les responsabilit?s suivantes : ? ?laborer des strat?gies de marketing, de communication et de promotion ainsi que du mat?riel qui r?sonne aupr?s des clients et qui correspondent au positionnement et ? la personnalit? de la marque. ? R?inventer et g?rer le programme de fid?lit? de nos revendeurs. ? Soutenir le lancement de nouveaux produits par le biais de supports marketing et de campagnes. ? Construire et superviser l'ex?cution des plans RP et m?dias. ? Pr?parer un plan annuel de marketing et de communication. ? Cr?er/rassembler/analyser des mesures pour surveiller l'?tat actuel, identifier les opportunit?s du march? cible et suivre les progr?s. ? Superviser une petite ?quipe marketing (?v?nementiel & designer) ? G?rer l'ensemble du marketing hors fournisseurs (agences, imprimeurs, ... ). ? Superviser le d?veloppement du site Web de Ranger Design et de ses applications mobiles. ? Autres t?ches assign?es. EXIGENCES DU POSTE: ? Dipl?me universitaire dans un domaine connexe : affaires, marketing, commerce, communications ? 5 ? 10 ans d'exp?rience dans un r?le similaire ? Exp?rience dans la gestion d'une ?quipe de sp?cialistes en marketing et communications. ? Capacit? ? d?velopper des relations solides, tant ? l'externe qu'? l'interne ? Excellentes comp?tences en communication ?crite et verbale en anglais et en fran?ais ? A l'aise dans la conception, la collecte et l'analyse des m?triques/KPI. ? Ax? sur l'action et sur les r?sultats. Open position Position: Marketing Communications Manager Permanent position (full-time) The Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for marketing and communications strategy and execution. In this role, the Marketing and Communications Manager will design and execute campaigns, communications strategies, oversee B2B tradeshows and events and analyze various metrics to deliver on the communications plan targets. The goal of this role is to drive growth, increase awareness, and create/nurture meaningful connections with our clients and other stakeholders. This role requires a proven Marketer who can work collaboratively across departments on strategic initiatives related to marketing, communications, and customer engagement. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the VP of marketing, you will be responsible for the following: ? Develop marketing, communications, promotional strategies, and material which resonate with customers and in-line with the brand positioning and personality. ? Revamp and manage our resellers? loyalty program. ? Support the launch of new products through marketing collateral and campaigns. ? Build and oversee execution of the PR and media plans. ? Prepare an annual marketing and communications plan. ? Create/gather/analyze metrics to monitor current state, identify target market opportunities and track progress. ? Supervise a small marketing team (events & designer) ? Manage all marketing outside suppliers (agencies, printers, ... ). ? Oversee the development of Ranger Design website and its mobile applications. ? Other duties as assigned. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: ? University degree in a related field: business, marketing, commerce, communications ? 5 -10 years of experience in a similar role ? Experience in managing a team of marketing and communications specialists. ? Ability to develop strong relationships, both externally and internally ? Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both English and French ? Comfortable designing, collecting, and analyzing metrics/KPIs. ? Action oriented and results driven focus.
