We partner with the top agencies and platforms in Canada and around the world, and are at the forefront of exciting transformations within the marketing space.What You\'ll do:Working lockstep with your TCS Marketing Communications and cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of 1:1 marketing communications across Optik TV and Stream+ entertainment products. You will also own the MarComm portfolios for bundles, gift with purchase and will manage sponsorship placements for TV/streaming and our owned signage/fleet placements across the total business. Leveraging a creative approach to campaigns, we are looking for a team member who can demonstrate success in both strategy development and end-to-end tactical execution. You should also be an adept project manager and have an ability to quickly shift based on ever-changing business needs. You will work closely with our internal team and external agency partners to architect captivating communications strategies tied to efficient and effective deployments across the areas you own.QualificationsWhat you bring:

  • Proven experience developing end-to-end customer campaigns, creative development and customer journey strategies
  • A natural collaborator with a team-first mentality recognized for your strong project management skills across cross-functional teams and external agencies. With keen attention to detail and a clear understanding of the big picture, you are proactive and effective in communicating across multiple teams and managing often conflicting interests to push projects forward and support broader corporate goals
  • Skilled in budget management, forecasting and monthly reconciliations, while delivering initiatives on time and on budget with smooth deployment into the market
  • Recognized for your performance-minded marketing focus, you are deeply invested in your campaign\'s ability to deliver results, and work diligently to optimize regularly to ensure our targets are met and exceeded
  • Recognized for your solutions-orientated problem-solving, you thrive in putting complex puzzle pieces together in a fast-paced environment
  • A natural storyteller, who can rally people around an idea and influence outcomes, with the proven ability to communicate effectively in forums, formal presentations and written communications
  • A passionate and enthusiastic marketer with strong creative instincts who keeps up to date on emerging marketing trends
  • Ability to ensure TELUS brand guidelines are applied, including visual standards, to all client-facing initiatives
  • With 4+ years of work experience in a client-side or agency environment
Great-to-haves
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or Commerce (or equivalent experience)
  • Project or program management experience
  • Experience working with streaming partners or other partnership experience

Salary Range: $67,000-$101,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
