OLG is now expanding our horizons even further, with a new strategic direction, to become a world class gaming entertainment leader with a globally admired digital platform.We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Senior Marketing Communications Manager to lead the strategic planning, creative development and execution of best-in-class multi-media integrated campaigns for OLG Masterbrand, Line of Business (LoB) Channels, product and programs. As a senior team member, the Sr Marketing Communications Manager acts as a player-coach; delivering on respective portfolio while coaching/mentoring junior team members as required.YOUR ROLE IN THE GAMEReporting to the Director, Marketing Communications, you will be empowered to:Lead the development of complex and high-level integrated advertising campaigns and branded content, as assigned to deliver on player consideration, acquisition/conversion and/or player retention, while supporting OLG\xe2\x80\x99s attributed revenue targets. This includes agency brief development, creative development, research, production, and execution.Lead development of content marketing strategies and ongoing digital content planning.Oversee the continuous monitoring of competitive activity, customer behaviours and digital trends in media/technology/entertainment and identify new content opportunities that may be leveraged across products and channels to attract new players. Monitor and evaluate content performance (including ad tracking, digital analytics, ROI, etc.) and make recommendations to optimize creative/content as needed.Lead program post-mortems. Bring forward recommendations to optimize the process, improve content output, reduce costs, and strengthen partner relationships.Continuously seek out and develop new content production processes to be leveraged broadly across the Marketing Communications function to support end-to-end agility, speed and efficiencies.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on brand strategy development, brand positioning, and annual marketing planning.Manage internal and external agency partner relationships.Accountable for campaign budgets exceeding $2M including the evaluation of agency/vendor estimates, forecasting, tracking, and reporting on budgets at a campaign level; optimize workflow and campaign requirements to ensure efficiencies are achieved.As a senior team member, the Sr Marketing Communications Manager acts as a player-coach; delivering on respective portfolio while coaching/mentoring junior team members as required.This job requires the ability to interpret ad campaign results and apply insights to develop a creative communication strategy.
