Business Development Department DMS Technologies Inc. (dba eBASE) is currently seeking a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to manage, organize, and lead marketing and company initiatives. POSITION DESCRIPTION The Marketing & Business Development Coordinator will be to implement multichannel marketing strategies and tactics that support the eBASE brand and drive business performance. You will work with other key stakeholders to create and execute consumer-centric plans which drive market share, and mobilize the resources required to drive sales, customer retention, education, and community support. You will manage the marketing foundation and structure to ensure superior creative and timely delivery of multiple projects ranging in scale and complexity from mass advertising and brand development to digital email marketing and internal communications. The Marketing & Business Development Coordinator will report directly to the VP of Business Development. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES The successful applicant will:
  • Lead the execution of innovative and creative marketing programs which support the eBASE brand and drive sales and market share
  • Compile and deploy all client communications to announce new features, planned and unplanned software updates, and marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate, and update all content marketing visuals including Marketing & Sales collateral, product sales presentations, and demand generation such as request for proposals (RFPs)
  • Plan, register, and organize all event management efforts such as Trade Shows and conferences throughout the year including coordinating promotional items and all show collateral for sales team
  • Plan & Schedule weekly social posts on LinkedIn
  • Drive and coordinate all efforts around eBASE University including scheduling monthly webinars and weekly Study Hall sessions for existing eBASE Clients
  • Coordinate and manage partnerships with suppliers
  • Communicate and work with internal stakeholders to ensure proper coordination and participation in all marketing efforts
  • Track, monitor and ensure appropriate spending in relation to marketing budget and ROI
  • Assist with cold calling and following up with potential client

QUALIFICATIONS
  • University Degree (Business or Marketing preferred)
  • Previous administration experience or power user of CRM
  • Strong knowledge and experience of marketing automation required
  • Technically savvy in digital tools (Canva, Adobe, Zoho Campaigns) and social media (LinkedIn, Twitter), with previous experience managing social media platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in software marketing
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing marketing plans with specific experience in advertising, collateral development online marketing and event marketing
  • Experience with Wordpress Elementor is an asset
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint
LANGUAGE English OTHER This position is a hybrid role and may require the successful applicant to work, on occasion, in-person, in our offices in St. Catharines, ON. This position is being offered as full-time permanent 40 hours per week.
