We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join our team in Toronto. \xe2\x80\x8bThis is a fast-paced job that will require everything from assisting with project management, pulling together decks and maintaining client databases. It will support with the centralization of pitches in Canada and report to the Manager, Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Support Canada pitches as well as provide Canadian support to global pitches.
• Provide media planning and business development inputs for pitches.
• Support other Groupe solution hubs on business development opportunities that could benefit from media expertise.
• Be familiar with Publicis Media and Groupe offerings and be able to source content from members of these hubs\xe2\x80\x8b
• Help maintain salesforce database across all Publicis Groupe agencies.
• Support and manage other business development team members
• Support strategy team with award submissions and press releases

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree; degree or concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications preferred
• Track record of project management success throughout post-secondary career and previous employment
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Technical proficiency, particularly with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
• Able to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
• Detail-oriented and able to produce accurate work product
• High versatility and agility to work on projects across industries, markets, and agencies\xe2\x80\x8b
• Entrepreneurial spirit and high self-motivation
• Availability to work overtime when required
