Currently we are seeking an experienced Service Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team in the Okanagan! This opportunity is located in the beautiful Okanagan, just minutes away from the nearest beach!! With Vancouver being only 4 hours away, BIG WHITE and award winning wineries on our door step, plus dozens of golf courses near by, it can\'t be beat! The breathtaking Okanagan Valley is the perfect place for you and your loved ones to experience the best of Canada! We are looking for qualified candidates with a TEAM first attitude! Responsibilities: Focus of role:
  • Field and co-ordinate all customers phoning into service
  • Co-ordinate and schedule appointments based on business objectives
  • Assign services/repairs for the Service Advisors
  • Review service history and provide helpful advice to customer prior to customer appointment
  • Sell maintenance/repairs at time of appointment booking
  • Follow up on customer experiences/concerns
  • Help achieve/maintain manufacturer customer service metrics
  • Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
  • Be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Who you are:
  • Automotive knowledge/experience is a must.
  • A positive can do attitude
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, energetic environment
  • Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Outgoing with a strong desire to serve people
  • Great organizational & computer skills
  • Experience with Hyundai and PBS program considered a huge asset
  • Experience in the automotive industry a strong asset
  • Valid Drivers License preferred
