The Marketing & Branding Manager for the GO Expansion \xe2\x80\x93 Onxpress Transportation Partners will work in a collaborative environment to help set best practice standards for all branding, marketing and advertising activities related to the successful roll-out of this unique project. Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Manager will lead the development of all marketing plans and deliverables and will be responsible for the documentation and reporting associated with the roll-out of these initiatives. This role will have direct responsibility for managing a small team and third-party agencies and suppliers to ensure the fulfilment of the many contract requirements while delivering specific tactics based on the approved plans and protocols. The successful candidate will be agile in their approach and comfortable working in an environment where changes and growth in roles and responsibilities will take place over time. They must be able to foster relationships between and amongst staff and client in similar roles at various levels to achieve approvals and consensus between a wide variety of teams. What You\'ll Do Here \xc2\xb7 Lead the overall brand, market research and marketing strategies, while delegating and managing in-house staff and third-party resources. \xc2\xb7 Working closely with the construction and operations teams, manage the development of branding and marketing materials for print, digital, broadcast, or social media formats (e.g., advertisements, videos, digital/copy writing, signage, influencer campaigns, mass media outreach, paid media marketing, etc.) \xc2\xb7 Close adherence to project agreement, schedule and appendices. Ability to work together with other areas of the program that are also seeking to meet contract requirements and deadlines. \xc2\xb7 In collaboration with the client and colleagues, research, plan, develop, and execute branding and marketing plans for events, construction milestones, community and customer engagement and advertising campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Regularly collaborate with the client to develop and write editorial content and coordinate photography/video for the project website and social media platforms. \xc2\xb7 Proactively identify branding and marketing opportunities to communicate to customer and community stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Lead marketing working group and stakeholder meetings. In collaboration with the communications team, plan and write marketing materials, organize branding and marketing collateral for outreach meetings, forums, public information centres, tours, and project milestone events. \xc2\xb7 Work effectively with public and private sector partners to build relationships with various third-party vendors, professional associations, and stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Ensure adherence to branding, marketing and service standards, and timely application of signage and hoarding. \xc2\xb7 Quantify the effectiveness of the marketing plan and tactics with applicable KPIs, provide detailed analytics and financial reporting. \xc2\xb7 Produce media reports and social listening analytics as required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $60,004.00-$90,000.00 per year Benefits:
