Position Overview
We're hiring a
Part-Time Marketing Assistant
on a contract basis to support a mix of
strategic execution and operational coordination
. This is a great fit for someone who's looking to
earn supplemental income
while gaining meaningful experience with marketing strategy, systems, and data-informed decision-making in a real agency setting.
You'll be an integral part of how we bring campaigns to life--keeping timelines on track, platforms running smoothly, and results flowing in.
What You'll Be Doing
Support the scheduling and execution of campaigns across
email, SMS, and social media platforms
Assist with setup and maintenance of client accounts in tools like
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and CRMs
Monitor campaign performance and help turn analytics into actionable next steps
Help document and manage client strategies, workflows, and reporting timelines
Conduct competitor and audience research to support data-backed campaign planning
Manage project tasks within platforms like Trello, Notion, or ClickUp
Assist with basic content formatting and publishing (you won't be writing long-form copy, but you'll help it get where it needs to go)

Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field (internships or freelancing included)
Familiarity with:
Meta Ads Manager / Business Suite
Tik Tok Ads
Social Media
Google Ads & Analytics
Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or other ESPs
Canva
(light creative support)
Trello, Notion, Asana, or ClickUp
Strong communication, organization, and digital literacy skills
Bonus points for experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, or Shopify integrations
