Green2Pack is a Quebec-based manufacturer specializing in eco-friendly packaging solutions, serving clients across Canada and the U.S. We are expanding our team and seeking a
Marketing & Sales Assistant
to support our sales and marketing activities.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage the company's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Regularly update and post engaging content to promote our products and brand.
Assist the sales team in building and managing potential client lists.
Support sales operations, including order follow-up, responding to client inquiries, and coordinating after-sales service.
Create marketing posters and promotional materials using Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator.
Maintain and update the company website (WordPress).
Prepare and send marketing emails to customer lists.
Qualifications
Bilingual: English & French (spoken and written).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Experience with Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator.
Familiarity with WordPress website management.
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or marketing is an asset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
