Marketing and Business Development Coordinator



This hybrid role bridges marketing and business development--supporting campaigns, proposals, events, and communications that amplify our brand and help grow the business. It's a fast-paced environment where adaptability, creativity, and a sharp eye for detail are essential.

Marketing & Communications



Assist in executing national marketing campaigns Draft original content including press releases, social media posts, award submissions, and website copy Support social media management and reporting across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) Coordinate client photography and video shoots Collaborate with Figure3 colleagues to identify and develop story ideas to support the strategy Help manage Figure3's website content and updates Maintain our marketing calendar and image library Track media coverage and monitor industry trends

Business Development



Produce and coordinate proposals, client presentations, and team bios/CVs Coordinate business development meetings, record minutes, and follow-up on action items Support event planning, including client tours, internal BD events, and year-end gifting Monitor for new opportunities and conduct preliminary research on leads Maintain our CRM database (Salesforce): update contacts, leads, and create reports Assist in preparing pitch decks and collateral for sponsorships and networking events Support the executive team with administrative and coordination tasks as needed Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications:

1-3 years' experience in a marketing, business development, or communications role (preferably in design, architecture, or another creative industry) Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines A strong visual eye, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required, Photoshop, Premiere a plus) Experience with project & content management tools: WordPress, Salesforce, & Monday.com A proactive, collaborative spirit and a passion for design and storytelling
