Job Description

Our client based in Mississauga is looking for a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator for a 3 month contract. This role is primarily remote, but will require regular travel within the Greater Toronto Area to attend client meetings.
The Position
The Marketing and Business Development Coordinator will be supporting sales and marketing initiatives, writing and submitting RFPs, and building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development efforts by identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and closing deals
• Draft, develop, and submit compelling RFP responses and proposals
• Support marketing and branding initiatives, including content creation and campaign input
• Research, recommend, and coordinate participation in relevant trade shows and industry events
• Cultivate and manage relationships throughout the entire sales cycle
• Represent the company in client meetings across the GTA (must have access to a vehicle)

• 2-5 years of experience working in a Marketing and Business Development capacity, ideally in healthcare or medical technology
• Experience with RFP and proposal writing, sales and branding is a strong asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience in executive-facing environments
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines
• Access to a vehicle, some travel within the Greater Toronto Area might be required
• A strong network in the healthcare or medical equipment field is considered a strong asset
