Enning Blinds Ltd. is a Calgary-based manufacturer specializing in custom blinds. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and efficient service to our customers. We are currently seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our production team.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of blinds Measure, cut, assemble, and inspect components with high accuracy Follow production schedules and instructions from team leads Ensure quality standards are met at each stage of the manufacturing process Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report equipment malfunctions Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with inventory handling and materials preparation as needed Follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment

Requirements:

Previous experience in manufacturing or production (blinds or similar products is a plus) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise measurements Basic mechanical or technical skills Able to lift and move materials up to 70 lbs Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using hand tools, measuring tapes, and production equipment Ability to read production sheets or basic drawings
