Manual Machinist Position Available

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Machinist. Applicants starting wage would be $25 - $40 /hr based on skill set, academic accomplishments, shop floor experience and years in the trade.

Job Requirements:

5-10 years Job shop experience an asset.

Must be fully capable to set-up and operate manual machines including lathe, milling machine and boring mill.

Can operate a drill press and hydraulic press.

Proficient in reading and understanding engineered drawings, blueprints, charts & tables.

Red Seal ticket experience with own tools an asset.

Have the ability to complete tasks safely and efficiently, while maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Can drive / operate forklift

Have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to be a team player is required.

Ability to work independently on job-site repairs.

Please include at least two previous work references.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma

Machinist Accreditation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
