Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our team in Canada. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our operations by utilizing your machining expertise to produce high-quality components. Your contributions will directly support our commitment to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Operate manual machining equipment to produce precision parts Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate machining Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure specifications are met Maintain and troubleshoot machinery as needed Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Assist in training junior machinists on best practices Document production activities and report any discrepancies.

Qualifications

Minimum one (1) years' experience as a Manual Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment Machine Shop experience is a must Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various machinery, including straight cut and crimp rod machinery Proven experience as a Manual Machinist or similar role Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining processes Proficiency in blueprint reading and technical documentation Familiarity with CNC programming is a plus Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely Experience with Fanuc systems is an asset Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is preferred.
