ABOUT THE ROLE

We are now looking for a Manager, Technical Project to complete our dynamic global team. As a part of the Implementation Services team, your mission is to deliver a premium end-to-end integration experience to our customers. We are responsible for implementing new renewable assets, such as wind or solar sites, onto our Platform. We also take care of the operational environment for the implementation process and data ingestion infrastructure.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will face a variety of tasks related to the integration and implementation of renewable energy assets and their data into the Platforms. Typical implementation-activities involve interacting with our lovely customers to gather all information needed, setting up connectivity between the renewable energy site\'s SCADA system and interact with the Implementation Engineers who configures the assets and their data signals in our Platform.

It goes without saying that in this role you\'ll get to know the renewable energy industry and are able to develop your skills further through internal and external learning events.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a member of the Implementation Services team, you will play a vital role in the initial training, project management, and delivery of the Implementation Services for our customers. This position is an exciting opportunity to create excellent first impression with our customers, work closely with our product team and the rest of the Implementation organization. This role works with our customers to ensure a swift implementation of our Platform. You will achieve this by understanding customer business goals and objectives.

You will manage a portfolio of onboarding projects with a diverse set of customers and act as the first touch point in a customer\'s experience after purchasing Power Factors. This means that you will be a critical player in driving long-term customer success. In this role you will also help the customers to implement their assets into our platforms to meet their needs and act a s advocate for new features enhancements by coordinating with our Product and Development teams. This role requires a strong background in systems integration, including SCADA and data acquisition systems, networking engineering, cyber security, industrial communication protocols, server management. You will also need a high level of organizational skill to be able to manage a number of projects.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

We are looking for a team member that is proactive and communicative and enjoys being a part of a tight-knit team. You feel comfortable assisting customers in understanding technical integration and networking details and thrive in an environment where you need to find creative solutions to challenging problems in a fast-changing context. This means that you are efficient at managing multiple projects and portfolios of varying complexities and a driven by continuous learning and growth.

Specifically, we are looking for someone with the following toolbox:

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 6 years of significant experience working in customer-facing and project management role at a technology company (preferably SaaS)
• Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage portfolio of accounts with the keen prioritization and multitasking abilities
• Experience of project budgets, gantt charts etc and ability to handle difficult conversation with key clients for effective solutions
• Relevant experience in the SCADA/DAS discipline with experience software configuration, and/or IoT/networking configuration

• Excellent interpersonal skills: you have the unique ability to talk technical details and bustiness strategy in the same conversation.
• Customer-first mentality; ability to empathize and build customer relationships
• Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills

We see it as an extra plus if you have experience in the following;

• Ability to read networking and electrical diagrams
• Cloud services, particularly AWS
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is considered as an asset
