ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Manager, Integration, to join our global Technical Solutions team that will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the integration of our applications suite and components to our various customers. You will lead a team of integrators specialists and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth integration, interoperability, and seamless functioning of software applications across different platforms. Your role will involve planning, organizing, and executing integration projects while maintaining a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Lead a team of integrators specialists, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to ensure their professional growth and effective performance; and foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement an integration strategy that aligns with our standards, considers best practices, and makes recommendations.
  • Develop and execute project plans in concert with project managers for integration initiatives, considering scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, product management, and infrastructure to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team, resolving complex integration issues and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing on-going updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns.
  • Implement and enforce quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of integrated software solutions.
  • Ensure coordination with the Product, Development and Sales Team to guarantee the alignment of any technical solutions.
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers as needed.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to integration processes, including technical specifications, integration plans, and user guides.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
  • Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, or engineering with programming expertise
  • Minimum of 5 years industry related experience (software, process industries)
  • Experience in managing a technical team.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in software integration, including project management (timeline, risks, issues resolutions) and team leadership.
  • High degree of accountability, execution, and planning
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the team and diverse stakeholders.
  • Customer Service oriented and detail oriented
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems and identify integration requirements and risks.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
