We currently have an opportunity for a Manager, National Pharmacy Programs to join our Pharmacy Team based out of one of our office(s) in Dartmouth - NS, Stellarton - NS, Victoria -BC, Vancouver - BC, Winnipeg - MB, St. John\'s - NL. As a valued manager working in a hybrid environment you will be required to be on site either in office a minimum of three (3) days per week.Here\'s where you\'ll be focusing:The Manager, National Pharmacy Programs is a member of our leadership team with responsibility for program and professional services targets. You will work in a highly collaborative environment, developing relationships and partnering with National Pharmacy Operations Managers and Directors across the company in a fast-paced environment.What you will get to do in this fast-paced role:
Lead Pharmacy Programs and Professional Services Development through cross functional collaboration and aligning with Operations on tactical execution in support of Business Plan

  • Ensure professional programs align with practice scope, policy and procedures to deliver patient-centric, evidence-based care.
  • Develop/ source and implement programs and tools for pharmacists and others to successfully execute in alignment with strategic business priorities
  • Coordinate with appropriate areas of the organization to promote awareness and enhance effectiveness of professional practice and program impact.
  • Identify priority high-impact areas, create annual calendar of programs, coordinate cross-functionally to execute on programs

  • Knowledge of Pharmacy Practice, Policies and Procedures
