Requires facilitation and collaboration with strategic initiative leads, sponsors, and executive leadership. This role is responsible for the day to day operations of the strategy implementation office.Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and select initiatives that deliver strategic value and maximize business value which should be supported and tracked by the SIO. Recommendations made to the Director, Tx Pursuits & Partnerships.
• Portfolio Management & Reporting - Manages the interdependencies between and among SIO projects and prepares monthly reports for the executive leadership team.
• Ensures appropriate oversight and governance for all SIO projects.
• Establishes regular touch-points with leaders of SIO project to provide guidance and support throughout project lifecycle with a focus on benefits realization.
• Share best practices and lessons learned across all lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Preferred: MBA
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in a strategy implementation office and/or utility sector preferred
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) and extensive project management experience
