Job Description

Position Summary:Leverage mathematics and statistics to uncover insights in the data available in our systems to inform business decisions. Manage analyst(s) dedicated to
producing company reports, responding to analytic requests and performing task associated with advanced analytics needed to answer diagnostic business
questions. Will formally present analytic results to various audiences throughout the company and provide performance evaluations.Essential Functions:FSI Coupon Redemption mapping, tracking and analysis.Marketing metrics data collection and analysis for product launches, marketing campaigns, promotions and digital offers.Test market and learning lab result tracking and deck building, reviewing PMIX, units, sales pre and post tests .Segmenting perfomamce metrics specific to the Canadian market place, day parting, days of the week and regional impacts,
coupled with Canadian regional weather, health unit, political et al. impact understanding on business results.
Utilize and repurpose data from existing analyses to help internal customers (brand development and activation, creative services,
media, PR) better understand the measurement and insights already gleaned. P&L reviews by region for Canada and by BD/SMO market. Coding via SQL or Tableau in order to mange large amounts of data into manageable, digestable Country and Provincial business
insights Interact with key partners such as advertising agencies, promotions agencies and internal personnel Work closely with the Marketing team to drive insights into performance of marketing initiativesSkills and Abilities Required:Strong presentation and written communication skills. Writing/analytic design experience
QSR or franchise/dealer-network experience preferred
Must be comfortable working in an intense and quick changing environment. Able to coordinate with other departments to ensure duplicate work is not being produced A Successful Candidate will have:Degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing Research, Marketing, Psychology 4-8 Years of Analytic experience 4-
8 years of marketing research experience having worked with brand teams and external partners Ability to travel: 10%
