They are looking to hire a Manager of Marketing and Communications- 1 year Mat leave Contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Senior Director, Events & Communications, the responsibilities may include:
\xe2\x97\x8f Planning, developing, and directing multiple avenues of marketing strategies to grow the organization\'s profile and drive new donations
\xe2\x97\x8f Overseeing, content creation and growth for all social media platforms
\xe2\x97\x8f Maintenance of websites and content engagement to existing donors
\xe2\x97\x8f Managing the organization\'s search engine optimization (SEO)
\xe2\x97\x8f Researching trends and new marketing opportunities, and brainstorming ideas
\xe2\x97\x8f Designing and writing of; emails, press releases, newsletters, and e-campaigns to educate the community on the transformative work of the hospital and its impact on the world
\xe2\x97\x8f Generate monthly reports on our marketing campaign\'s performance
\xe2\x97\x8f Support the team with event logistic and marketing material

Job Requirement:

QUALIFICATIONS
This candidate is a confident leader and someone who plans. Their top skills include:
\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or related field
\xe2\x97\x8f 3-5 years of experience
\xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of strategic social media and digital advertising
\xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in Adobe Suite- print and web design
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience to read, analyze, and interpret data and information.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to write press releases, articles and promotional material that conform to a prescribed style and format.
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics, and ability to develop digital reports
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent verbal and written communication
\xe2\x97\x8f Personable and able to work in a team environment.
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge and experience of event management.
\xe2\x97\x8f Creative and innovative thinking
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

This is a full time position, with some evening and weekend work required.
