BridgeWay Family Centre provides free prenatal services, early learning and family support programs to pregnant women, and families/caregivers with children birth - 6 years of age. We are looking for a leader to join the Management Team in the role of Manager (Marketing, Communications & Fund Development). The candidate will support the work of the agency to achieve our vision of \xe2\x80\x98Caring every day, building stronger families\xe2\x80\x99. Summary This position is a multifaceted role responsible for creating, implementing, and managing the organization\'s overall marketing, communications, and fund development strategy. This includes managing the organization\'s brand and messaging; creating and implementing marketing and communications campaigns to raise awareness, drive engagement and fundraising; as well as creating and implementing fundraising strategies to support the organization\'s mission and programs. The role also includes overseeing and managing a team of communications and marketing professionals, mentoring and developing team members, planning and executing events such as BridgeWay\xe2\x80\x99s Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Gala, as well as responsibilities for internal communications to ensure the organization is informed and engaged. Key Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing, communications, and fund development plan that aligns with the organization\'s mission and goals \xc2\xb7 Manage the organization\'s brand and messaging, ensuring consistency across all communications and materials \xc2\xb7 Create and implement marketing and communications campaigns to promote the organization\'s programs, services, events \xc2\xb7 Oversee the organization\xe2\x80\x99s annual outreach plan \xc2\xb7 Create, execute and evaluate the organization\xe2\x80\x99s content management plan \xc2\xb7 Respond to crisis or communication issues immediately to uphold the agency\xe2\x80\x99s reputation \xc2\xb7 Implement and manage digital marketing and SEO strategy to increase online presence and drive engagement \xc2\xb7 Write and edit a variety of content including marketing materials, social media content, grant applications and key messages \xc2\xb7 Utilize Google Analytics to measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, and use data to inform and improve future strategies \xc2\xb7 Create and implement fundraising strategies to support the organization\'s mission and programs \xc2\xb7 Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, media contacts, and donors to expand the organization\'s reach and impact \xc2\xb7 Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing, communications, and fund development efforts, and use data to inform and improve future strategies \xc2\xb7 Oversee and manage a team of communications and marketing professionals, including setting goals, providing feedback, and coaching/mentoring using BridgeWay\xe2\x80\x99s performance management system \xc2\xb7 Plan and execute events such as the AGM and Gala to promote the organization\'s mission, programs and services \xc2\xb7 Provide guidance and advice to other departments on event planning and execution \xc2\xb7 Use various platforms such as The BridgeWay Buzz, Teams, to keep internal stakeholders informed and engaged \xc2\xb7 Other duties as assigned Qualifications \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing and communications \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of marketing, communications, and fund development best practices and techniques \xc2\xb7 Ability to respond to social media crisis or reputational issues \xc2\xb7 Experience in creating and managing successful marketing, communications, and fundraising campaigns \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills \xc2\xb7 Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple projects \xc2\xb7 Experience managing, mentoring and developing a team \xc2\xb7 Proficient in using google Suite, Social Media Platforms, Marketing & Communications Software, Google Analytics and SEO \xc2\xb7 Ability to work some flexible hours \xc2\xb7 Emergency First Aid/CPR B or C certification \xc2\xb7 Acceptable Vulnerable Sector Check Assets \xc2\xb7 Experience working in a non-profit organization \xc2\xb7 Fund Development experience \xc2\xb7 Additional languages To Apply Please send cover letter and resume using Subbject line: Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Marketing, Communications & Fund Development.
