We\xe2\x80\x99re searching for a dynamic professional to plant their roots with us as our newest Manager, IT Supply Chain. In this role, you will report into the Director, IT Operations & Supply Chain and be accountable for leading a team that supports a variety of applications \xe2\x80\x93 such as ERP, Computerized Maintenance Management System, Quality Management, etc., in our global regions including but not limited to Canada, Europe and South America. As the Manager, IT Supply Chain you will\xe2\x80\xa6
  • Perform daily operational support of supply chain applications to ensure they meet client expectations
  • Lead a high-performing team of IT professionals to foster their development through coaching, mentoring, and training
  • Liaise with key business stakeholders to define and ensure SLAs are being met
  • Implement the application vision and roadmap which supports the Company\xe2\x80\x99s aggressive growth strategy
  • Ensure proper security measures are implemented to protect computing resources and critical data
  • Collaborate with IT team to ensure production applications are performing and operationally stable, and are meeting client expectations
  • Manage all aspects of business as it relates to IT application systems, including upgrades, testing, and coordinating service outages
  • Work with user groups to define and present the business case for new software capabilities to senior leaders and lead the implementation process to ensure integrations meet functional requirements
  • Support training of new users by ensuring documents and support guides are updated
  • Develop and manage departmental expenditures and ensure alignment with internal operating budgets


You\'re the ideal candidate if you have...
  • Experience implementing / supporting the following Supply Chain functions:
    • Cultivation and Extraction (Crop Management, Harvest Management, Stock Process, Fertigation Management)
    • Quality Management (SOPs, CMS, Controls)
    • Demand Planning (Forecasting / modelling, aggregation, management by exception, collaboration between internal and external supply chain stakeholders)
    • Finance Functions (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Foreign Exchange, Inter-Company Transactions)
    • Manufacturing Functions (BoM, Purchasing, Work Orders, Scheduling, Shop Floor, Cost Control, MRP)
    • Warehousing / Inventory Management (Purchasing, Warehouse Management, Stock Transfers, Shipping/Receiving)
  • Post-secondary education, such as a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Diploma, in Computer Science or related field
  • Prior experience managing projects involving multi-disciplinary teams and vendors in fast-paced and innovation driven dynamics
  • Strong knowledge of system integration in large enterprise technology like Mulesoft, SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, NIST, HIPPA, PIPEDA, and PII
  • 5 \xe2\x80\x93 7 years of relevant work experience supporting enterprise level applications and infrastructure and managing application support teams in global, remote, and public company environments (we would also welcome an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)

  • Experience supporting ERP (Sage X3), O365, CRM (MS Dynamics) and cloud-based (AWS / Azure) applications
  • Prior work experience managing industrial controls, web development teams and supporting custom configured COTS products
  • Strong knowledge or prior work experience in relevant industries such as cannabis or CPG dynamics
