We\xe2\x80\x99re searching for experienced professional to plant their roots with us as the newest Solution Architect, Supply Chain. In this role, you will report into the Manager, IT Supply Chain and will support, stabilize, and provide supply chain innovation by collaborating with key business stakeholders in all our global markets. As the Solution Architect, Supply Chain you will\xe2\x80\xa6
  • Provide application support for assigned ERP applications with Supply Chain
  • Proactively identify, catalog, prioritize application issues, then provide accurate and timely resolution of these issues while ensuring operational stability
  • Perform functional, technical, and performance testing to validate the operational stability of custom built or vendor created application systems
  • Work with business stakeholders and external vendors to resolve application system issues and collaborate with teams to create processes and documentation to ensure consistent support for systems, database, and infrastructure environments
  • Design and implement processes, procedures, scripts, templates, databases, and software components that support data quality and integrity
  • Collaborate and build a strong relationship with all members of the IT team vendors and key business stakeholders to create and maintain reliable, efficient, and high-quality application solutions
  • Participate in application development projects through all facets of the Software Development Lifecycle or COTS product lifecycle to assess impact and ensure operational stability
  • Provide training to the business on various application systems and projects developed in-house and externally
  • Develop, configure, enhance, and support in-house built or externally developed application systems by evaluating the business need, analyzing and gathering technical requirements, and developing software systems in accordance with relevant IT standards

You\xe2\x80\x99re the ideal candidate if you have\xe2\x80\xa6
  • 3-7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in application support and system analysis operating in multi-disciplinary teams within fast-paced and innovation driven dynamics
  • Extensive experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle, JDEdwards, SAGE), IT operational process frameworks, computer systems technology, programming, design techniques, and various Software Development Lifecyle methodologies in enterprise level support environments
  • Post-secondary education, such as a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Diploma, in Computer Science or related field (we would also welcome an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
  • Diverse system expertise in the following:
    • ERP Supply Chain Modules including DRP, MRP, Transportation, Constrained planning, Unconstrained planning and integration points (internal/external to ERP)
    • ERP Applications including, Manufacturing, BOM, Inventory, Planning, Maintenance, WMS, Transportation Management, finance and costing modules
    • Procurement applications and integrations points to core Applications, including Maintenance software
    • Order Management including inventory management, sales orders, IR/ISO, shipping documentation and overall integration points to core ERP Applications
    • SOA architecture and integration points between ERP Applications and Legacy Applications
    • Shop floor system integrations

  • A PMP and ASCP Certification
  • Strong knowledge or prior work experience in relevant industries such as cannabis or CPG dynamics

  • An organized individual who can manage multiple projects at once and has experience leveraging stage gate methods to ensure timely execution of plans
  • A dynamic communicator who can translate IT complex terms into simple formats for various users
