ADP is hiring a \xe2\x80\x9cCommunications Manager\xe2\x80\x9d. In this position you will plan, design and execute communications programs targeted for internal employees.

The ideal candidate is an imaginative, tech-savvy person who has a proven track record in implementing innovative internal communication campaigns and events in a corporate setting, and has a passion for storytelling, producing events and driving employee/customer engagement. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute innovative communications campaigns, messages and tactics that engage employees.
  • Produce, including content design and technical requirements, town halls and company events.
  • Develop compelling content for a steady cadence of internal communications programs.
  • Develop efficient editorial and legal review process using Microsoft SharePoint or other programs.
  • Manage the framework of communications to all internal associates to reduce "silo" communication approaches and promote consistent and clear messaging.
  • Manage a comprehensive calendar of communication initiatives for internal communications.
  • Monitor and measure effectiveness of communications.
  • Balance input from key internal stakeholders across a range of businesses and geographies.
  • Provide communications counsel and promote best practices to diverse groups within the organization.
  • Craft messages for senior level executives; including speeches, video scripts, presentations, and written messages for internal or external use.
  • Collaborate with and gather information from a wide variety of internal stakeholders and subject matter experts and simplify complex information for a wide variety of audiences.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design or a related field preferred.
  • At least 5-7 years of communications or event experience in a corporate setting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
  • Ability to develop communications in multiple mediums including written communications, talk tracks and power-point presentations.
  • Experience working within a multi-national company and engaging teams and individuals offsite.
  • Experience producing large scale in person and/or hybrid town halls and corporate events end-to-end, including audio-video requirements.
  • Keenly focused and able to pay painstaking attention to details and develop projects with colleagues in a wide range of locations and job functions.
  • The ideal candidate is creative, organized, flexible, works well under pressure and has a good sense of humor.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to think and communicate clearly, formulate a clear point of view, and create a concise and well-written narrative.
  • Experience developing creative, effective approaches to difficult communications challenges being mindful of the needs of several different audiences.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, graphic design and video production; knowledge of HTML and Adobe Create Suite is a plus.
  • Communications experience in media, Internet, technology, payroll/HR services/financial services industries is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable engaging with executive leaders and teams across business units and collaborating with teams and individuals in different geographical locations.
  • Ability to think on your toes and exercise judgment, particularly in narrow timeframes.
  • Willing to roll up one\'s sleeves and get work done, even when at times it\'s outside the scope of the job.
