Job Summary


We\xe2\x80\x99re hiring a Manager of Event Experience & Design. This role supports the Levy Canada Sector in the creative vision, design, and coordination of special events across multiple food & beverage industries. This position ensures custom event strategies are implemented in collaboration with all internal & external partners, while driving brand excellence and innovation.

How you will make an impact:
  • Evaluate upcoming events in the Sports & Entertainment, Cultural Attractions and Convention Centre spaces and seek out opportunities to create innovative solutions that enhance the food & beverage experience
  • Develop event concept catalogs and sell sheets for sales team to use as point of reference when selling concepts
  • Act as a resource for trending ideas within the events and food & beverage industries, with a keen focus on conceptual design, merchandising, plating, and service
  • Develop communication materials and content that tells the story of our events to consumers and clients
  • Collaborate with the Culinary Team on food innovation
  • Contribute to the tasting experience for potential clients & promotional opportunities
  • Develop display standards based on operational input & guest feedback
  • Provide "full package" for new product or equipment roll-outs, SOPs for display and usage
  • Support with event communications and public relations when required

About you:

  • Minimum of 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of experience in an Event Planning, Event Design or Marketing role with a high level of accountability
  • Bachelor of Arts Degree or a College Diploma in Event Planning or Marketing an asset
  • Experience developing creative event designs with examples of past work
  • Creative mindset and a passion for innovation while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and plan effectively working with multiple deadlines
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows applications, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Go-getter attitude with a passion for events, sports & entertainment and/or culinary
