Description:
The eCommerce Merchandising Manager is accountable for the entire financial and merchandising performance for the assigned business portfolio. Primary mandate of this role is to deliver business growth through new user trials and conversion through merchandising management. The role is also accountable for product availability (In-Stocks) and replenishment, through both supply and demand planning with key suppliers and store operations. Key performance metrics include Order Volume and Frequency, AOV, GMV, GM, Item Availability, Working Capital, and Days-on-Hand.
