The Manager, eCommerce Data Integration will be an integral role in impacting data strategy and growth objectives for our eCommerce business. The role will be responsible for leveraging multiple data sources and tools and working directly with stakeholders across the business to identify, interpret and communicate insights and actionable recommendations. This role will also play a critical role in building a strong and sustainable eComm operational planning foundation to support eCommerce growth and an exceptional eCommerce customer experience.
Build eComm\xe2\x80\x99s integrated financial planning capability partnering with cross-functional teams (i.e., Finance, Merch IP) to evaluate eComm building block assumptions, design forecasting model predictions consistent with business intuition, and integrate within the broader organizational planning processes.
Lead Monthly business reviews, organize and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of analyst and data employees and effective collaboration with stakeholders including Senior Leaders/Execs.
Support the impactful storytelling of eComm performance highlights and future plans for various audiences including Senior Leaders/Execs
Lead cross-functional projects using data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
Provide regular business insight and strategic recommendations to drive eComm growth, identify trends, provide key insights, and improve Customer Experience
Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics.
Champion eComm data metrics and tools in the design and development of new products/services/programs (i.e., ODP) and advise as Data Steward for CTR Fulfillment Data.
Lead BOT Development channel for work automations
Build a high-performer Digital Analytics & Planning team focused on exceptional insights to action capabilities.
Who you are
We are looking for a high performing individual who is:
Post-secondary education or equivalent in Business or related discipline
Minimum 5-7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Finance, Merchandising, Ecommerce or Digital Familiarity with online technical knowledge (SQL, PowerBI, Python Experience and/or Google Big Query), of preference.
Agile and innovative, able to manage in an environment of change and ambiguity to help us take bold and strategic moves in this rapidly evolving retail environment.
Creative thinker who takes initiative and is capable of building, launching and managing projects/programs that drive results for our customers.
Problem solver with the ability to analyze and prioritize to meet business objectives.
Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and other key business outcomes.
Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously.
