National Bank is continuing the most significant technological upgrade in its history. As a digital leader, you will be in charge of two development squads aimed at meeting the ever-changing delivery needs! Working in innovation every day, you will have the opportunity to put your influence skills into practice in a variety of initiatives.


Your job



Manage, coach and mobilize a dynamic team of professionals and act as a leader in the transformation and manage the expansion of the business and the team Challenge or contribute to digital topics and other tasks needed as needed to ensure delivery Understand the definition of business capabilities and the Domain Driven Design approach Contribute to defining strategic orientations and issuing recommendations while challenging the "status quo" in a spirit of continuous improvement and collaboration. Takes ownership of the mission to do things right, to avoid (or at least minimize) the creation of technical debt Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed options as well as propose new options that are more optimal than those already put forward Offer your leadership to your team and the various squads Excellent communicator and influencer (high emotional intelligence).

You will report to the Senior Director - Digital.

Prerequisites



University degree bachelor's degree or academic equivalent, related to the industry, and 6 or more years of relevant experience Experience in managing people in an agile mode of continuous coaching (desired) Experience in software design projects and/or architecture and/or leadership in a high-volume transactional environment and integrating legacy systems Creation of innovative designs and/or solutions (examples will be requested) Knowledge of complex systems integration and solution implementation from inception to delivery and operationalization Recognized as a reference in delivery, and as an asset to have a mastery of the digital field.
