  • Collaborate extensively with out clients to understand their unique opportunities, challenges, and risks.
  • Work closely with clients to identify areas where technology can enhance the services they offer to their communities and members and drive innovation.
  • Lead client relationship and business development activities within a region to drive profitable growth for MNP while ensuring high value outcomes for our clients.
  • Consider business development and networking opportunities and lead the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals to meet client needs.
  • Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients by bringing the full breadth of MNP\xe2\x80\x99s capabilities, ensuring that their needs are met and that relationships grow and develop.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor Digital projects, including technology strategy, governance and planning, solution selection, program and project leadership, and facilitated decision-making.
  • Design, develop, and manage high-quality deliverables, including reports, presentations, and other correspondence.
  • Support other Digital teams proposing and delivering technology projects to clients by ensuring all solutions and delivery are tailored to the unique needs of Indigenous organizations.
  • Maintain stringent quality control and apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify, and address issues or key risks relevant to the client\'s community or business.
  • Effectively support practice management activities, including project budgets, work-in-progress (WIP), timely billing, collection, and variance recognition.
  • Mentor, motivate, and coach team members toward professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and conducting/participating in performance reviews.
  • Maintain flexibility to travel as necessary.
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in business, computer science, information science, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Indigenous governments and/or organizations.
  • Knowledge or training in Indigenous history, rights, political structures, and government policies related to Indigenous Peoples is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in business development and relationship management.
  • Three (3) to eight (8) years of consulting experience, ideally in a client-service environment.
  • Applicable designation/certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP, ITIL, TOGAF, Prosci) are considered assets.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated advanced project management skills and tactics.
  • Proven people management, relationship building, communication, and leadership skills.

The hiring salary range for this opportunity is ideally $90,000 to $130,000 annually and is based on experience.
