You will also plan the stage gates of each project's life cycle, from pre-production to deployment. Identify, define, track and analyze key indicators to measure team performance and delivery. Help negotiate agreements with project participants both in-house and externally, based on project needs. Validate, with all experts involved, the various project development phases so as to ensure compliance with initial objectives and take corrective action as needed. Establish control processes for all project phases and ensure that acceptance criteria are met. Throughout the project, assess and verify alignment with initial objectives. Assume responsibility for reporting, including progress reports. Work with experts to find solutions to problems and limitations, be they technical or operational in nature. Escalate blockers when support is needed.

How will you make a difference?By being able to follow our hybrid methodology (Agile and Waterfall). By supporting and motivating team members on projects in tandem with the Project Management Office. By adhering to project management best practices to strengthen quality and productivity standards. By fostering a culture of collaboration across teams.
