What You\'ll Do
The Manager, Audiences & Data Solutions is a dynamic role, you will spearhead the delivery of cutting-edge product solutions for audience management, product feed management, measurement, and pixel management from a technical standpoint. Your focus will be on not only maintaining but also elevating our existing platforms. As a leader, you will be collaborating closely with cross-functional CTC business teams to pioneer innovative solutions that align with their key roadmap initiatives and business needs. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our Customer Data Platform, Product Feed/Product to Consumer Platform, and Business Intelligence tools, unlocking the power of data-driven decision-making.

  • Leading delivery of product solutions for audience management and creation, product feed management, measurement, pixel management from a technical perspective, with a focus on both maintaining and augmenting current platforms.
  • Managing and leading a team of 5 reports.
  • Collaborating with CTC business teams (primarily Audience and Analytics, the In-House Agency and Marketing teams) to spearhead the development of solutions and options in support of their key roadmap initiatives and accompanying business requirements.
  • Managing and tracking progress against detailed workplans, identifying risks/issues, and recommending mitigation options to meet business needs.
  • Assist other team members with the testing & roll out of new analytics implementations and data governance.
  • Product owner of our CDP (Customer Data Platform), responsible for overseeing its development, maintenance, and enhancement.
  • Product owner of our Product Feed/Product to Consumer Platform, ensuring its efficient operation and continuous improvement.
  • Product owner of our BI (Business Intelligence) tools, leading their implementation and driving their usage for data-driven decision-making.


What You Bring

  • A degree in Engineering, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or a related discipline.
  • 6-8 years of professional experience managing medium to large, complex projects using a disciplined approach to project management. Experience in media, marketing, publishing or, ad networks.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and experience collaborating with tech and data enablement teams/tech solution architects to address technical requirements for enabling data pipelines for ML/DL models.
  • Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write and optimize queries for data retrieval and analysis.
  • Experience with Data visualizer, CDPs and Product to Consumer (experience with DOMO, ProductsUp, Action IQ is an asset).
  • Strong knowledge of database technologies, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical staff to challenge processes and solve complex problems.
  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical reporting approach, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, capable of engaging, influencing, and inspiring partners to foster collaboration and alignment. Genuine curiosity to expand understanding of projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adopting a "design-thinking" mindset that continually strives for efficiency and smart user design.
  • A strong mindset of "test and learn," a bias for action, and a willingness to embrace an accelerated learning curve.
