About the role:

The Manager, Digital Analytics is responsible for helping our internal business functions understand and improve how Clients experience our web sites and mobile apps. It\xe2\x80\x99s an exciting opportunity to show off your digital analytics implementation expertise while also having the opportunity to use and develop your consulting and influencing skills.

What will you do?

• Estimate, plan and execute Adobe Analytics implementations.
• Consult on digital analytics business needs and requirements to ensure that they are practical, technically feasible and deliver on business value.
• Convert business needs and requirements into comprehensive solution designs for Adobe Analytics and Tealium.
• Perform data collection and reporting validation.
• Create technical and non-technical digital analytics guidance for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in the overall administration of the Adobe Analytics platform, including user adoption, training and support.
• Continually optimize methodologies and processes based on business needs and industry advancements.
• Provide consulting and implementation support for Adobe Target.

What do you need to succeed?

• University degree in relevant field
• Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 well-rounded experience implementing tag-based web and mobile app analytics data collection and reporting with Adobe Analytics. This includes the full project cycle from requirements consulting and solution/tag design to technical validation and platform configuration.
• Tag management experience (ideally Tealium iQ).
• Knowledge of the web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript and jQuery)
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Strong client service skills with an outstanding ability to partner with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Self starter, highly motivated to excel with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Adobe Target helpful.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
